Q: "Am I an employee of "AXIS" or your "CLIENT"?"

A: Yes, you will be an employee of Axis, we pay you, cover your insurances and organise your visa. The client has a separate contract with Axis.

Q: " What must I do to get a working visa?"

A: Axis will arrange all of this for you, you only need to complete one form, known as a Form 1066 (An application for a long stay temporary business visa).

Q: "How long is the visa for?"

A: Axis will in most instances apply for a minimum 12 month visa, which we renew for you. It is not economical or practical for people to relocate for a shorter stay.

Q: "Is that it?"

A: Basically yes, If you are travelling alone you need to have an x-ray, however if family is travelling they need to do a medical and may also be required to have an x-ray.

Q: "What if I want to apply later on for permanent residency to Australia?"

A: Axis will assist in this matter, we can direct you to suitable migration agents - and in certain circumstances sponsor you under the Employer Nomination Cover.
